Our Policy

Wolf Forty Designs operates on a limited release model. Because we produce in small runs, all sales are generally considered final. However, we stand behind our products and will accept returns that meet the conditions below.

Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order. No exceptions after this window.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • Return is requested within 15 days of delivery
  • Item is in its original, unaltered condition — unused, undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Knives and gear must show no signs of use, sharpening, or modification

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expense.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Ship your return with a trackable method — we are not responsible for packages lost in return transit
  • Do not ship anything back before receiving confirmation from us
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused at delivery

Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because we produce in limited quantities, we typically do not hold reserve stock for exchanges. If an exchange may be possible, contact us before returning anything — we'll let you know what we can do.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 15 days of delivery
  • Items showing signs of use, alteration, sharpening, or customer-caused damage
  • Apparel that has been worn or washed
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a defective item or we shipped the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@wolffortydesigns.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right at no cost to you.
