By accessing or using wolffortydesigns.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product from Wolf Forty Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use this Site or place any order.

Wolf Forty Designs is a general stock corporation registered in the State of California, operating at 711 Center Drive, Suite 105, PMB 1547, San Marcos, California 92069.

Wolf Forty Designs products — including knives, bladed tools, and tactical gear — are intended for adult use only. All knives sold are California-compliant. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws governing knife ownership and carry in your jurisdiction.

Wolf Forty Designs operates on a drop culture model. Products are released in limited quantities and are available only while supplies last. Once a drop has sold out, items are not restocked.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities available per customer or household
• Cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale or in excess of reasonable personal use
• Discontinue any product or drop at any time without notice
• Correct any pricing errors prior to order fulfillment

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color, finish, or material may occur between production runs.

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

We accept payment methods available through our checkout platform. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. By submitting your order, you authorize Wolf Forty Designs to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping.

Wolf Forty Designs ships within the United States only. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, particularly on high-value orders. If you elect shipping insurance and your package is affected in transit, you will need to file a claim through the insurer. We will provide documentation to assist your claim upon request.

Orders with address errors submitted by the customer are the customer's responsibility. Wolf Forty Designs will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before shipment if contacted promptly, but cannot guarantee the ability to do so.

We may send transactional emails related to your order and, if you opt in, marketing emails including drop announcements and release alerts. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Instagram / Meta Advertising

Wolf Forty Designs runs paid advertising on Instagram and Facebook. Data use for advertising purposes is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

All content on this Site — including the Wolf Forty Designs name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, and graphics — is the property of Wolf Forty Designs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

Wolf Forty Designs stands behind every knife we produce. All Wolf Forty knives are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser. If you are not the original purchaser, contact us at info@wolffortydesigns.com — we review secondary owner warranty claims on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

What is covered:

• Manufacturing defects in blade steel, handle materials, or hardware
• Lock mechanism or joint failure under normal use
• Finish or coating delamination not caused by misuse or modification
• Structural failure of the knife under intended use conditions

What is not covered:

• Modifications — any alteration to the blade, handle, hardware, or mechanism voids the warranty
• Abuse or misuse — use beyond the knife's intended purpose, including prying, throwing, or using as a tool for which it was not designed
• Improper sharpening — damage caused by incorrect sharpening technique or equipment that removes excess material or alters blade geometry
• Normal wear — edge wear, handle patina, and surface scratches from regular use are expected and not defects
• Lost or stolen knives
• Chemical or environmental damage — our knives are built from MagnaCut and other high-performance corrosion-resistant steels with exceptional environmental durability. However, damage resulting from prolonged exposure to corrosive chemicals, salt water immersion beyond reasonable use, or other extreme environments beyond intended use is not covered.

Remedy: At our discretion, Wolf Forty Designs will repair or replace a warranted knife with the same model or an updated equivalent if the original is no longer in production. We will not replace a discontinued model with an inferior alternative.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@wolffortydesigns.com with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos. Do not ship anything until you have received instructions from us.

All other products — apparel, patches, sheaths, and gear — are not covered under this lifetime warranty. These items are sold as-is. Wolf Forty Designs makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated in the product description.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf Forty Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Diego County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
